2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon greek seasoning

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

8 oz shrimp


2 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 tablespoon Chef Mitch Maier Black Garlic Sauce & Marinade

1 teaspoon greek seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

½ pint cherry tomatoes

1 can kalamata olives (½ cup)

4 oz feta cheese







Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.

Add in the zucchini noodles and toss with the shrimp. Add in the remaining salsa ingredients and cook 1-2 minutes until hot. Serve
