1 (15 oz) can chickpeas (drained, rinsed and loose shells removed)

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cucumber, finely chopped

¼ cup sliced black olives

¼ cup herbed feta (or plain)

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon Chef Mitch Maier Black Garlic Sauce & Marinade

¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

3 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped

¼ tsp garlic powder

Pinch of sea salt and black pepper


1 medium head of romaine lettuce, thinly sliced





Combine everything in a large bowl, toss to combine, SERVE!.
