2 tablespoon Chef Mitch Maier Black Garlic Sauce & Marinade
1 cup Grape Juice
2 tablespoons Raw honey
1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
2 cups Filtered cold water
Grape: Mix 2 tablespoons Black Garlic Sauce & Marinade, 1 cup grape juice, 2 cup warm filtered water and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix the ingredients together and store in the refrigerator.
Lemonade: Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of Black Garlic Sauce & Marinade with, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon stevia and 2 cups of cold water. Add all ingredients to a jar, cover with the lid and shake well to combine.
Spicy Ginger Drink: Mix 1 tablespoon Black Garlic Sauce & Marinade with 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon honey and 2 cups of warm water. Add all ingredients to a jar, cover with the lid and shake well to combine. Pour over ice.
Classic Lemon This can also be made as a hot drink, simply warm over the stove with a few cinnamon sticks and fresh ginger slices. Strain before enjoying. Mix 1 tablespoon Black Garlic Sauce & Marinade with 1 cup water, juice of 1/2 lemon and liquid stevia or honey to taste. Add all ingredients to a jar and shake well to combine. Store in the fridge until ready to use and serve over ice. Use sparkling water for a fizz.
Honey Drink with a Twist: Mix 1 tablespoon of Black Garlic Sauce & Marinade, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 dash cayenne pepper and 2 cups of warm/hot water. Stir well until the honey has dissolved. Serve hot or over ice.
Black Garlic has twice the antioxidant levels of regular garlic without the garlic taste or smell.
Drink before each meal.
