Black Garlic Arugula Salad
with Cherries & Goat Cheese

1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Chef Mitch Maier Black Garlic Sauce & Marinade
3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
24 whole black cherries - pitted
5 oz box of baby arugula
2 oz goat cheese - crumbled
In a small bowl whisk mustard, Black Garlic Sauce & Marinade and oil along with a little snp till the dressing comes together.
In a large bowl toss the lettuce, cherries and goat cheese along with the dressing and a little snp till everything is well coated. Serve immediately.
